Shipping & Order Processing
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days, and are processed Mon-Fri, excluding major holidays. Most items are shipped via UPS (excluding freight shipping of selected poker tables and other carriers for selected other items). We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that your shipping address must match a confirmed address based on the account information you have registered with your credit card company. Orders shipped to Maryland and Ohio addresses will be charged sales tax.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We ship orders to Canada via UPS and other International shipping carriers. Canadian customers should note that your order total does not include customs clearance, brokerage charges, duties, or any other taxes or surcharges.

Please note that shipping estimates do not include order processing time of 1-2 business days.

Return Policy
Damaged items
If you receive a damaged product, we must be notified within 3 business days of shipment receipt. You must fill out a Return Authorization form to request a Return Authorization (RA). Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim is resolved, the product will need to be sent to us and a replacement will be sent out. You will need to pay for the return shipping, but you will be reimbursed up to the amount of shipping originally paid once the product is received. We recommend returning the product with a carrier that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive at our warehouse.
Defective items
If you receive a defective product, we must be notified within 3 business days of shipment receipt. You must fill out a Return Authorization form to request a Return Authorization (RA). Once your RA has been processed, the product will be replaced (sorry, no refunds).
Wrong item shipped
In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, we must be notified within 3 business days of shipment receipt. If this happens, it will need to be returned to us. You must fill out a Return Authorization form to request a Return Authorization (RA). You will need to pay for the return shipping, but you will be reimbursed up to the amount of shipping originally paid once the product is received. We recommend returning the product with a carrier that offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive at our warehouse.
How to obtain a Return Authorization
To initiate a return, you must fill out a Return Authorization form to request a Return Authorization (RA). Be sure to complete all fields. No items will not be accepted without prior authorization. This is to ensure that the return is processed efficiently. Please be sure to include your Order ID # and return information to ensure proper processing. You will then be notified by email with further instructions. Once issued, RA's are valid for 10 days and are not extended. The item must be received by PokerPincher within this time period.
IMPORTANT: No returns will be accepted without an RA.
Freight deliveries
All freight orders must be inspected BEFORE accepting the shipment. If you sign for a shipment without inspecting it thoroughly and it is damaged, PokerPincher.com is not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. All freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.
